Unfortunately we are no longer able to ship to Saudi Arabia or the United Arab Emirates.

We hope you will love your new planner goodies, but if you would like to return your order for any reason, please email hello@crossbowplannerco.com within 30 days of receipt, along with your order number and name, to start the returns process.

Please note that return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Until the item arrives back to us, we cannot process a refund, so you may wish to add tracking to your return shipment.

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition in order to be refundable.

Once the items have arrived back to us in their original condition, your refund will be processed within 14 working days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We don’t currently offer an exchange service. However, if you order the wrong planner size, you are welcome to return the unused inserts to us for a refund so that you can re-order the correct size.

Due to the files being available immediately after purchase, refunds cannot be given on digital files and all sales are final. If you aren’t completely happy with your purchase, please get in touch within 7 days of purchase so we can do our best to help you.

We typically ship within 1-3 business days of receiving your order. In busy seasons, our current processing times will be posted on our website banner.

Kindly double check your delivery address before submitting your order. We cannot refund or replace orders that were sent to an incorrect address submitted at checkout.

The delivery dates given on this page are only estimates based on our shipping provider’s delivery aims, and cannot be guaranteed.

Shipments may be delayed by bad weather, busy holiday seasons, or other reasons and unfortunately these things are outside of our control.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

International shipping costs are calculated at the checkout based on the weight of your order, so you never pay more than the cost of shipping.

Any customs or import duties payable upon the arrival of your order are the responsibility of the buyer.
