Unfortunately, we are not able to create custom orders, or offer printed versions of printable inserts upon request.

If you need to cancel your order, please get in touch with us at hello@crossbowplannerco.com. If your order has not yet been processed, we can cancel the order for you.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will automatically be calculated and will be added at checkout.

We hope you will love your new planner goodies, but if you would like to return your order for any reason, please email hello@crossbowplannerco.com within 30 days of receipt, along with your order number and name, to start the returns process.

Please note that return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Until the item arrives back to us, we cannot process a refund, so you may wish to add tracking to your return shipment.

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition in order to be refundable.

Once the items have arrived back to us in their original condition, your refund will be processed within 14 working days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We don’t currently offer an exchange service. However, if you order the wrong planner size, you are welcome to return the unused inserts to us for a refund so that you can re-order the correct size.

For international orders (outside of the UK), there is a Standard and Tracked Shipping option at checkout. If you would like a tracking number, please make sure to choose the Tracked Shipping option.

After purchasing, a link to the PDF file/s will be emailed to you which you can save to your computer and print at home or at a print shop.

No, please respect copyright and keep the files to yourself. Under no circumstances may the files be re-sold or shared publicly. You may, however, buy an art print or planner pack to print off and give as a gift.

Paper quality is super important for creating beautiful planner inserts at home. You can purchase plain A5, personal size or pocket size paper from our shop, and print at the highest quality available. Alternatively, we recommend using a bright white paper of at least 100gsm, and no more than 140gsm.
