Important Updates (updated January 2023)

• Due to a Royal Mail cyber incident postponing outgoing mail, we have temporarily changed our international courier to Evri. To help with this logistically, we are temporarily asking all international customers to order via our Etsy shop, here. Please note that due to the change in courier, there is a slight increase in shipping cost, though we are covering a lot of it on our end, too. We will revert back to our usual shipping prices as soon as Royal Mail are running reliably again. Thank you!
• Please note that due to the Royal Mail strikes in November and December, there are delivery delays on orders that were shipped in December and into January. We are so sorry for any inconvenience caused.

General Shipping Information

• We typically ship within 1-3 business days of receiving your order. In busy seasons, our current processing times will be posted on our website banner.
• The delivery dates given on this page are only estimates based on our shipping provider’s delivery aims, and cannot be guaranteed.
• Shipments may be delayed by bad weather, busy holiday seasons, or other reasons and unfortunately these things are outside of our control.
• Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Kindly double check your delivery address before submitting your order. We cannot refund or replace orders that were sent to an incorrect address submitted at checkout.

International Shipping

• International shipping costs are calculated at the checkout based on the weight of your order, so you never pay more than the cost of shipping.
• Any customs or import duties payable upon the arrival of your order are the responsibility of the buyer.
• To add a tracking number to your order, please choose the Tracked Shipping upgrade at checkout.
• Please note that the estimated delivery times cannot be guaranteed, and on rare occasions, it can take up to 30 days from shipping for orders to arrive.

Returns

• We hope you will love your new planner goodies, but if you would like to return your order for any reason, please email jordan@crossbowprintables.com within 30 days of receipt, along with your order number and name, to start the returns process.
• Please note that return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Until the item arrives back to us, we cannot process a refund, so you may wish to add tracking to your return shipment.
• Items must be returned in their original, unused condition in order to be refundable.
• Once the items have arrived back to us in their original condition, your refund will be processed within 14 working days.

Exchanges

We don’t currently offer an exchange service. However, if you order the wrong planner size, you are welcome to return the unused inserts to us for a refund following the steps above, so that you can re-order the correct size.

Digital Files Returns Policy

Due to the files being available immediately after purchase, refunds cannot be given on digital files and all sales are final. If you aren’t completely happy with your purchase, please get in touch within 7 days of purchase so I can do my best to help you.
